Our Return & Exchange Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Important Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used fishing line (All Fishing Line, Line Accessories categories)
  • Opened soft baits (Soft Baits, Paddle Tail Swimbaits, Tubes categories)
  • Customized rod setups (Rod & Reel Combos with custom configurations)

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we get all the information we need:

I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]).

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return mailing address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product): We’ll cover return shipping costs.

For other returns: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless exchanging for an item of equal or greater value.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  2. If the replacement costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  3. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Include photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll typically send a replacement immediately without waiting for the return

Pro Angler Tip:

Before returning a rod for being “defective,” please check if the issue might be:

  • Improper assembly (many rods have specific fitting requirements)
  • Line weight mismatch (your line might be too heavy for the rod’s rating)

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
